Overview:
Jeff's legal arsenal includes the abilities to counsel clients in both the litigation and the transactional realms of business law.  His civil litigation experience encompasses the representation of corporate clients in a myriad of areas, including commercial, construction, intellectual property, professional negligence, insurance, real estate, securities, and employment litigation matters.  Jeff's transactional expertise stems from his experience representing a real estate investment development and management company in all facets of the company's operations which included the negotiating and drafting of documents for the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, leases, and employment contracts, as well as the coordination of all liability, employment, and litigation matters.  It is  this broad backdrop of experience that enables Jeff to adapt to virtually all civil litigation or transactional business issues faced by the firm's clients.

In his spare time, Jeff follows a strict regimen of travel, golf, and college football, with occasional poker and bowling outings interspersed therein.
