Overview:
Larry joined the firm in 2009 after having relocated with his family to Orange County from Chicago where he practiced law for eighteen years. Prior to joining the firm, Larry was the managing litigation partner of a boutique litigation practice that concentrated in civil litigation disputes pertaining to business, torts, contracts, real estate and taxation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants, whether individuals, small business owners, or Fortune 500 companies, in all levels of litigation from ADR to State Supreme Court and Federal Appellate Court. Larry has argued an array of causes of action from complex litigation involving securities, medical malpractice and products liability, to breach of contracts, intellectual property and employment/labor disputes. Larry has tried over 40 jury cases to verdict and has tried hundreds of other litigation matters in arbitration and at administrative hearings.

In addition to litigation, Larry has represented business clients in transactional matters by providing legal support and counsel to executive committees and management in all stages of business, from formation, through operations and development, to dissolution, particularly with respect to federal and state filings, registrations, regulatory compliance, securities offerings, ERISA, risk management, labor disputes, and due diligence.
