Overview:
Jim has 20 years of insurance litigation, insurance coverage, and business litigation experience gained while working at a large Southern California law firm. No stranger to the courtroom, Jim has handled trials, arbitrations, and appellate arguments. His appellate work includes arguments to the California Appellate Courts, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court.

When away from the office, Jim is a dedicated family man.  He and his wife, Laura, spend time supporting their two daughters in softball and soccer games and traveling out of state to various tournaments for same.
