Overview:
Pamela originally joined Quinlivan Wexler LLP in 1996 and worked for five years in the Civil Litigation and Business Law departments under the tutelage of partner Rick Quinlivan. After a break to spend time with her family, Pamela rejoined the firm in 2009. She is an experienced litigator having handled numerous arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. Pam is skilled at taking and defending depositions and arguing law and motion matters before the Court. Pamela's litigation experience includes matters involving personal injury, business and employment disputes, and corporate formation matters.

Pamela has served as a special Education Advocate for the Alliance for Children's Rights. At Laura's House in Orange County, she has also counseled victims of domestic violence regarding guardianships, dissolutions, child custody issues and temporary restraining orders.

In her spare time, Pamela volunteers at her sons' schools and assists the PTA with fundraising activities. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, Yoga, and reading.
