Overview:
Danny joined Quinlivan Wexler LLP in 1997 as a senior associate and became a partner in 2000. Danny’s energy, enthusiasm, and natural ability as a communicator make him a valuable asset in explaining complex legal and financial issues related to wealth planning. He is a sought-after lecturer who frequently speaks before Certified Public Accountants, Charter Life Underwriters, and Certified Financial Planners on the fine points of Estate Planning.
As an Estate and Wealth Transfer Planner, Danny customizes individual plans based on the specific needs of his clients. He says, “No two people are the same. No two Estate Plans should be, either.” Every family, no matter how large or small their estate may be, deserves the plan they need to meet their goals, dreams and sometimes fears. The one thing that all clients say about working with Danny, and the rest of the estate planning team at QW, is that they take the time to listen to them and assist them with the planning needs. Though tax planning is very important, standing alone, it is not the only reason that planning is undertaken. In fact, when planning is done properly, Danny strongly believes that the tax issues will be dealt with appropriately.
Danny is especially proud of his involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and devotes much of his spare time as a board member. Danny loves spending time with his beautiful daughter Emma Rose.
