Rick is the founder of Quinlivan Wexler LLP and serves as its managing partner. Although best known as a trial lawyer, Rick has built a business practice in which he handles business formation, contracts, succession planning, asset and stock sales, and general business counseling for small and medium sized businesses.

Partner
Danny joined Quinlivan Wexler LLP in 1997 as a senior associate and became a partner in 2000. His areas of expertise are Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate as well as Business Planning.

Lawrence J. Griffin, Attorney at Law
Senior Associate
Larry joined Quinlivan Wexler in 2009 after relocating from Chicago where he was the managing litigation partner of a boutique litigation practice. Larry has experience in a wide-array of civil litigation disputes and has tried over 40 jury cases to verdict. His practice areas are Civil Litigation and Business Law.

Sarah became an associate at Quinlivan Wexler LLP in 2001, right out of law school. Sarah has joined the Estate Planning and Probate department working directly with partner Danniel J. Wexler.

Pamela was an associate at Quinlivan Wexler for five years prior to leaving the firm to start her family. She rejoined QWLLP in 2009 and is working in the litigation department under the direction of partner Rick Quinlivan.
