Our founding partner, Rick Quinlivan, has tried over 60 cases to verdict and is past president of the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a prestigious national organization comprised of the finest trial attorneys in the country. While we at Quinlivan Wexler LLP believe that litigation is to be utilized only as a last resort, we have the experience and know how to aggressively and competently represent our clients in court when the need arises.

Because litigation can be very unpredictable, Quinlivan Wexler LLP endeavors to anticipate possibilities early and frequently during the litigation in an effort to avoid problems.

We discuss options and obtain the authorization of our client before undertaking any costly tasks. We keep our client informed and we are quick to return calls if we are not immediately available when called by our client.
