There are instances in which the only way for justice to be served is through litigation. In some of those cases, the party seeking justice is unable to afford the cost involved if required to pay standard hourly fees. On a very selective basis, Quinlivan Wexler LLP represents those in need of legal representation under a contingency fee arrangement. This means that the client pays a fee only if we are successful in obtaining a recovery for the client through settlement, arbitration, or trial. In such cases, the fee is based on a percentage of the recovery. The client will generally be responsible for the out of pocket expenses incurred in the course of the litigation. However, in some instances, we will advance those costs on behalf of our clients.

investigation required to develop facts necessary to prove the case. We
